Develop standards of procedures: Friends-International is developing a set of standard procedures for organizations working with street children. These include working with children, child protection as well as administration.

Assisting partners to access and maintain funding: Friends-International supports local organizations in designing and writing funding proposals for donors. When required, Friends-International also monitors and supports the local organization in reporting.

Improve organizations’ visibility: Friends-International is supports local organizations to improve their visibility and public relations.

Resource center: Friends-International collates material relating to working with street children and other related issues. This material is available to organizations and professionals.

Managing volunteers: Friends-International is selecting, recruiting and managing volunteers to work for selected Street Children Network partners.
