- It is situated right in the center of Phnom Penh, close to where street children live and work
- It provides easy access to over 1,800 street children a day
- It provides a complete range of essential services including: hygiene, health care, vocational training and job placement, primary education and school placement, cultural activities, food and emotional support
- It is the base for all the outreach team working with the 20,000 children living and working on the streets of Phnom Penh
